I was fired as a patient from a doctor’s practice one time. I still have the letter telling me not to come back. I had a “difference of opinion” about when to schedule my surgery. Instead of him allowing me to transfer to another doctor in the practice who was available to do my surgery at a time that was convenient for me, he dismissed me from the practice.
