For a moment, I want you to think about that famous scene from the classic movie, “A Christmas Story.” Ralphie is standing in front of Higbee’s with his friends and he sees the coveted 1000-Shot Red Ryder Carbine Rifle. It’s the same style of rifle that one of his favorite radio show characters uses, and there’s even a quote from that same character in the window. Ralphie is captivated and his only hope for Christmas is to receive the Red Rifle, even though everyone says “you’ll shoot your eye out.”
