The “Pricing Mechanisms” report by Hearts & Wallets highlights a significant level of uncertainty among consumers regarding how they pay for financial planning services. More than a third of consumers (36%) admitted they don’t know how they pay for their primary and secondary saving and investing relationships. A staggering 20% of consumers believe their saving and investing solutions are entirely free.
