Alex is the principal broker of Poindexter Insurance Group, LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. He began his career by working as a financial advisor. It was during his work in the finance industry that he saw the need for increased face-to-face service and care for the underserved Medicare-eligible communities across the country, and he started Poindexter Insurance Group to address that need.

As a current native of the Jacksonville area, and a University of Florida alumni, he continues to solve this problem for more and more individuals, in an effort to grow his reach and positively impact as many people as possible.
